I love the packaging design on some old food items. Such as Marmite, Glenryck Pilchards, Birds custard powder, Spam, OXO. As they say; they don't make 'em like they used to!
Lisa, I so agree but thought "It's my age!" (and I'm creeping quietly up to 70, hoping it won't notice).
HP sauce, Uncle Joe's Mint Balls, Rizla cigarette papers ?
Lisa, Dad, keep watching Wordless Wednesdays in that case.
It's not just the tin for me, I love the syrup inside. Memories of pancake day when I was a kid, and then baking ginger cake when I was older. And glass blowing was like playing with golden syrup.
You are very blessed to have these lovely products! I love the packaging and the contents. Buying Golden here needs a bank loan! Marmite, too!
