The similarity to Che wasn't at all intentional.
That aside, I love how this has come out, drips included. And it's very much like the image in my head during my nap today.
Lisa, at Eudaemonia has been talking about perfectionism being paralyzing, and she's right. Even though I've been very productive these last few days, I'm still shadowed by doubts and fears. Lisa, and all those who comment on my blog, or even those who just take the time to drop by, all have a positive effect on me and my work.

Follow those dreams! I think this one is on the cusp of a breakthrough.
That means a lot to me, Casey. Thanks. I'm feeling brave at the moment, if that's the right word.
Organized chaos at the mo spring(?) cleaning but thanks for dropping in at mine - equally impressed with yours and look forward to seeing more in the future!!
(Loved the Durham doorknocker, by the way - used to race across that quad to St John's years ago.)
I work in words not images, but found your blog via 'Beansprouts' and find your work inspirational. I am de-lurking because you mention perfectionsim. What I admire most about you is your ability to try something and move on and build o that. I like the work you do, but you are honest in saying it isn't always 'perfect' to you (which is different from pleasing an audience - it pleases me!). But you learn from that and move on. Just what I need to learn!
Thanks!
Steph
